I am Nikon campaign and Rights grabbing of Flickr users images, from a camera manufacture this is bad. As the new campaign starts Monday 8th March

8. By adding your Contents to the Group you agree that Nikon shall have, without further obligation to you, the royalty free, fully paid up, worldwide, non-exclusive right and permission, to copy, publicly display, publicly perform and use on the Group website located at www.flickr.com/groups/iamnikon in any internet and/or electronic media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, your submitted photographs (subject to the availability of your photographs(s) in the Group), your Flickr username, and titles to the photographs (if any) solely in the context of the “I AM NIKON” Campaign and unless prohibited by law.
9. In accordance with the (8) above, Nikon’s favourite photos from the pool, taken with a Nikon camera, may be featured on www.IAMNIKON.com and other European I AM NIKON Websites, such as www.JESUISNIKON.fr, www.JESTEMNIKON.pl and www.ICHBINNIKON.at. To “feature” according to this Group Rule No 9 means to copy, post, display and make publicly available in the context of the I AM NIKON campaign on the aforementioned websites.
10. In the case that we’d like to show your Content on our I AM NIKON Websites or any other media as stated in (8-9), we will refer the URL here by amending these group rules or group description. Additionally, on the I AM NIKON Websites, we’ll include a link back to your original photo hosted on Flickr and attribute you by your Flickr username wherever possible.
